Terms of Service

1. The service

Drafft (“we”, “us”) provides a multi-tenant content workspace for ghostwriters, copywriters, and content creators (“you”). You may create workspaces, invite team members, and use AI tools to draft, schedule, and publish content.

2. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for content posted from connected accounts. We don’t share workspace contents across workspaces; row-level security enforces isolation in our database.

3. AI output

AI-generated drafts are starting points. You’re responsible for fact-checking, citation, and compliance with each social platform’s policies before publishing.

4. Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. AI credits reset at the start of each billing cycle and don’t roll over. Refunds for unused time are handled case-by-case.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. We’ll keep an export-friendly snapshot of your data for 30 days before purging.
